XD-121 Xindun 121°C high oxygen barrier retort film
Product Overview
XD-121 high oxygen barrier retort film uses nanocellulose as the core functional layer material and is made through multi-layer lamination, specifically designed for high-temperature, high-pressure retorting and sterilization scenarios. Nanocellulose is extracted from natural plant cellulose and is a bio-based material, giving the film excellent thermal stability and oxygen barrier performance. It does not delaminate or fail under 121°C retorting conditions, and offers good transparency and display appeal.
The product is fully transparent and microwaveable, replacing aluminum foil and PVDC with a transparent high-barrier solution. It is chlorine-free and recyclable, aligning with PPWR (EU) 2025/40 compliance direction. Factory-direct production, with customizable width, length, and thickness on demand. Machine-running process is the same as standard retort pouches.
