XD-100 Xindun 100°C high oxygen barrier boilable film
Product Overview
XD-100 high oxygen barrier boilable film uses nanocellulose as its core functional layer material and is made through multi-layer lamination, specifically designed for high-temperature boiling sterilization scenarios. Nanocellulose is extracted from natural plant cellulose and is a bio-based material. It forms a dense hydrogen-bond network structure, giving the film high oxygen barrier performance, while also providing boil resistance, puncture resistance, and crumple resistance, helping to reduce dependence on preservatives during the food fresh-keeping process.
The product is fully transparent and microwavable, replacing aluminum foil/opaque barrier solutions, allowing the contents to be seen visually. It is produced in-house by the factory and supports customized width, length, and thickness on demand. It is compatible with existing retort pouch machine processes without the need to replace equipment.
Core Features
High oxygen barrier fresh-keeping: The nanocellulose network structure provides high oxygen barrier performance, and the oxygen barrier performance remains stable after 100°C boiling;
Resistant to 100°C high-temperature boiling: Adapts to boiling sterilization processes with good packaging integrity;
Puncture resistance · Crumple resistance: Good mechanical strength, withstanding external forces during processing and transportation;
Customizable: Width, length, and thickness customized on demand, suitable for different pouch types.
Application Scenarios
Rice noodles packaging, braised food packaging, cooked food packaging, zongzi packaging, and other 100°C boiling sterilization scenarios.
