Guilin Xindun Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in CNC nanocellulose high oxygen barrier retort film/boilable film. With bio-based nanocellulose technology at its core, we provide "reliable barrier + compliant and recyclable" solutions for high-temperature sterilized food packaging, so that food fresh-keeping no longer relies on chemical preservatives.
Xindun Technology has a complete production line from nanocellulose functional layer preparation and multi-layer lamination to roll film slitting: XD-100 is designed for 100°C boiling scenarios, and XD-121 is designed for 121°C retorting scenarios, both achieving stable mass production delivery. Before leaving the factory, each batch is tested for thickness, heat shrinkage, and peel strength, and key indicators are sent to third-party testing institutions with traceable report numbers. Custom widths, lengths, and thicknesses are supported on demand, and the machine-running process is the same as ordinary retort pouches, so customers do not need to replace equipment.
