Let the data speak.
All factory parameters correspond to third-party test reports, and the report numbers can be verified with the COA; any figures without a report are not included in the brochure. -
Test again after retorting
We don't just test film as it comes off the line — we retest OTR after 121°C / 30min retorting, and only release it if the barrier shows no degradation. -
One roll, one record
Each roll of film has a unique batch number, with traceable data across three stages: raw materials, process, and testing. If a customer requests re-inspection six months later, we can retrieve the curves from that time.
Delivered with shipment
One roll, one record — traceable with every shipment.
Each shipped roll comes with a COA (factory inspection report) indicating: batch number, thickness, mechanical properties, OTR, haze, puncture resistance, retort results, and inspector. Third-party test reports (e.g., Weipu) are available upon request.
